Today I suck a little less at eating a healthy breakfast.

Good Morning,

I'm in the process of moving a few posts over from my old blog to "Mastering Mrs." This is an oldie but goodie.

I eat this for breakfast nearly every morning and I wanted to share it with you! The Hemp Seeds and almond butter are full healthy fats of protein. The honey and cinnamon are a great combo for weight loss and many other healthy benefits. It even tastes great without the honey if you are looking for a low sugar breakfast.

"Hippie Toast" keeps me full and full of energy. The best part, it tastes soooooo good! Let me know if you guys try it out. Also, I found the plates and mug on sale at Anthropologie and I couldn't resist.
