In an ongoing effort to define and refine my eating habits, I don't ever like to call it a diet. I'm on a quest to get to find my optimal health and happy life balance. In my own eating, I tend to lean towards a low-carb, Paleo style. While I was researching ways to lower my sugar intake, I came across this great blueprint on Mark's Daily Apple! I thought I'd share it with you. Mark put all of my thoughts into one handy PDF. It makes for a nice, daily reminder. I may just print it out and put it up on my fridge.
